Paris-Seine-Normandie propulse Paris Ville-Monde/Région-Capitale dans les Mouvements du Monde

Demography, ancestral attraction for the city, globalization, search for security, are transforming urbanization. The dilations of the Centre, now behaving in the plural, generate large polycentric multipolar infra‐state/supra‐regional constructions looking for openings from the sea. These dynamics modify the place and role of emblematic cities concentrating power and wealth, and increase competition for attractiveness. The Geo response [Politics. Economic] articulates Greater Paris and Seine Valley developments from Le Havre to Paris. This article presents the main results of global explorations of these mature movements which articulate the applicative principles of Cooperation‐Corridor‐Infrastructure. It shows
the relevance of Paris‐Seine‐Normandy benefiting from the configuration of the Valley. The notional and conceptual abundances, the superficial stability of megaregion notion orient towards the notion of Extended Economic Space (EES). The fundamental Space/Politics link, the inescapable acuity of the triptych Movement/Scale/Global Issues, towards a knowledge base to increase influence. The temporality of emergencies, geopolitical uncertainties, preparation under strong constraints for the future towards that of The Time of the Method.
La démographie, l'attrait ancestral vers la ville, la mondialisation, la recherche de sécurités, transforment l'urbanisation. Les dilatations du Centre, se comprenant maintenant au pluriel, génèrent de grandes constructions pluri-polaires polycentriques infraétatique/supra-régionale recherchant les ouvertures de la mer. Ces dynamiques modifient la place et le rôle des villes emblématiques concentrant pouvoirs et richesses, accroissent les concurrences d'attractivité. La réponse Géo [Politique. Economique] articule le Grand Paris et le développement de la Vallée de la Seine du Havre à Paris. Cet article expose les principaux résultats d'explorations mondiales de ces mouvements matures articulant les principes applicatifs Coopération-Corridor-Infrastructure. Il montre les pertinences de Paris-Seine-Normandie bénéficiant de la configuration de la Vallée. Les foisonnements notionnel et conceptuel, la stabilité superficielle de megaregion orientent vers la notion d'Espace Economique Etendu (EEE). Le lien fondamental Espace/Politique, l'acuité incontournable du triptyque Mouvement/Echelle/Enjeux globaux vers une base de connaissances pour accroitre le rayonnement. La temporalité des urgences, les incertitudes géopolitiques, la préparation sous de fortes contraintes de l'avenir vers celui du Temps de la Méthode.
