Rapport à l’activité de formation et enjeux de développement : étude longitudinale portant sur deux artistes équestres.

Abstract : In the framework of a technological research (2017-2021), a professionalizing training for Equestrian Artists (EA) was designed on the basis of the first results obtained. The contribution focuses on the relationship of AEs to the training activity and the effects in terms of professional development. From a methodological point of view, the approach chosen isplural (interviews, observations). The contribution focuses on the case of two AEs based on a corpus of two interviews for each of them : the first, conducted at the end of the training and backed up by traces of the training activity/experience; the second, conducted one year later, in a work context. The results make it possible to document the training experience and the transformations of the subjects over time, in relation to their activities ("ordinary" and training). They give an account of the coupling between informal learning and training contributions, by focusing on: a) what makes sense and what is questioned; b) the way in which the subject revisits the experience in a reflective dimension. They reveal identity dynamics oriented by a professional project and strong issues of recognition and legitimacy.
