This comment focus on the hypothetical emergence of an medical tourism founded on religious convictions. However, if the Court admit the existence of an indirect discrimination based on religious convictions when a member state refuse to provide financially for a medical intervention abroad motivated by religious beliefs, it strictly enshrined this possibility.
