Les observatoires régionaux de l'emploi et de la formation en France
Résumé
In France, the creation of the regional employment and training observatory takes place at the end of eighty-eight years, a period characterized by the decentralisation. The double mission of the Observatory of Burgundy, an inter-institutional network, consists in making a rereading of the functioning of the regional territory, in putting at the disposal of actors either public or private, an organized information allowing to assess the stakes concerning the developments of jobs and the professional qualifications which they require.
En France, la création des observatoires régionaux s'est réalisée à la fin des années 80, une période caractérisée par la décentralisation. La double mission de l'Observatoire de Bourgogne, réseau inter-institutionnel, consiste à faire une relecture du fonctionnement du territoire régional et à mettre à disposition des acteurs publics, une information organisée en ce qui concerne l'évolution des emplois et des qualifications professionnelles qu'ils requièrent.
