PROSPECT: An R package for the simulation of leaf optical properties based on their biochemical and biophysical properties using the PROSPECT leaf model.

The R package prospect provides a set of tools to use the leaf model PROSPECT in direct and inverse mode. It includes inversion procedures using iterative optimization. The latest versions of PROSPECT (PROSPECT-D and PROSPECT-PRO) are currently available.
