Résumé

Artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) implantation is recommended for women suffering urinary stress incontinence. Robot-assisted laparoscopy allows improved dexterity and visibility compared to traditional laparoscopy, potentially providing significant advantages for deep pelvic surgery.
