Expressing privacy policy through Or-BAC model

New value added services are designed to satisfy user needs. Most of them are implemented in cellular networks, such as GSM and UMTS networks. Subscribers are still scared about their privacy since those services make use of sensitive information like location and presence information. Until now, privacy isn't modeled through a common model, which is widely accepted by the scientific community. We try, in this paper, to use the Or-Bac model to define the privacy policy of such services. Or-Bac is a flexible and effective access control model. We will show that Or-Bac can preserve the basic principles of privacy as listed by normative bodies and sociological consensus. We aim to have one model for access and privacy controls.
