Big Thick Data pour l'intelligence collective, une nouvelle voie pour les organisations de type industriel : le cas de GRDF
Résumé
The growing role of data contributes to the evolution of uses and practices into organisations. In front of this mutation, which carries a positivist approach, we are going to think about the transformations of practices from a industrial organisation and the uses "augmented" by the given. After a return on the culture of data, the changes link to this approach, we arrived to its potential as collective intelligence to mobilise its members to enrich the big data of the organization. The aim is to succeed to produce "big thick data" useful for generate meaning for the organisation.
La place croissante de la donnée contribue à faire muter les pratiques et les usages dans les organisations. Face à cette mutation qui véhicule une approche positiviste, nous nous interrogeons alors sur les transformations des pratiques d'une organisation industrielle et les usages « augmentés » par la donnée. Après un retour sur la culture de la donnée, les changements liés à cette approche, nous en venons à ses potentialités en tant qu'intelligence collective à mobiliser ses membres pour enrichir les données massivement collectées par l'organisation.
