SCOR : quels apports au BSC ?

Abstract : Criticisms of the Balanced Scorecard are not uncommon in management control studies. These studies seek to improve performance systems measurement: Abandonment of the original Kaplan and Norton's tool, alteration or addition to another device. In the specific context of the supply chain, this article aims to analyze what can bring SCOR model to BSC by studying their characteristics, limitations and possibilities of complementarity under a theoretical view and under an empirical scope within an intervention research conducted in a French third-party logistics.
