This book presents a summary of the results of the work undertaken by many Haitian and international organizations involved in the reconstruction of the habitat following the earthquake of January 2010 in Haiti. The approach proposed was resulting from reflections carried out in concert at several international meetings on the subject and that can be summarized by "valorization of the local constructive cultures" to reach better answers for habita programs.
