Low Computational Complexity Design of Resource Sharing and Precoding for Multicast Services
Résumé
This paper proposes a low complexity multicasting transmission scheme relying on resource sharing between multiple composite precoders at the base station antenna side. An alternating optimization of the resource sharing and a composite precoding set is proposed. The low complexity resource sharing step is targeting full fairness between selected meaningful users. The composite precoding maximizes the amount of resource which can be freed under a multicast rate conservation constraint. The freed resource is exploited later on in the next resource sharing step to increase the multicast rate. The proposed algorithm shows good performance with a very low computational complexity with respect to other approaches used for comparison in this paper.
