Aspect évolutif et incrémental du knowledge management
Résumé
The purpose of this article is to study the evolutionary and incremental aspect of a Knowledge Management approach in organizations using a plural methodology. The first step is to identify the communities and actors of Knowledge Management on the Web via a netnographic study. The results will be used as a basis for a quantitative study by online questionnaire. Finally, a qualitative study on semi-open questions will benefit from the results of the two previous studies.
Le propos de cet article est d’étudier l’aspect évolutif et incrémental d’une démarche Knowledge Management dans les organisations à l’aide d’un pluralisme méthodologique. Dans un premier temps, il s’agit d’identifier les acteurs, les réseaux d’acteurs ainsi que les thématiques de discussions liés au Knowledge Management sur le web via une étude netnographique. Les résultats obtenus serviront de base pour une étude quantitative par questionnaire en ligne. Enfin, une étude qualitative sur les questions semi-ouvertes gagnera à étayer les résultats des deux études précédentes.
