The invention relates to a method for removing a microorganism biofilm pre-existing on an inert surface, characterized in that said biofilm is subjected to a cocktail of microorganisms comprising at least "swimming" strains, capable of passing along the plane and through the thickness of said biofilm, and said biofilm is subjected to at least one antimicrobial product directed against at least one microorganism of the biofilm to be removed.
