DE L’OBJET LINGUISTIQUE À L’OBJET D’ÉCRITURE

The text considered as a written one occupies a space which is not only linear, but bi- or three-dimensional depending on its support. The text becomes then a complex empirical object that could be analysed by different points of view as the paratextology, the textology, the «textique» and the theories of the Absolute text. We will show here the relationship between contemporary theories of writing and theories of text so we can realize the transition of the text from being a linguistic object to being an object of writing.

Envisager le texte en tant qu’écrit occupe un espace qui n’est pas seulement celui unidimensionnel de la ligne d’écriture, mais celui bi- ou tridimensionnel du support. Le texte devient alors un objet empirique complexe qui peut être analysé par des approches différentes : notamment, les études paratextuelles, la textologie, la textique, les théories du Texte absolu. Nous allons montrer ici les relations entre les théories de l’écriture et les théories du texte contemporaines dans les approches qui tiennent en compte de la matérialité de l’objet empirique écrit. Son rapport à l’écriture permet finalement à la notion de texte de quitter progressivement son identité d’objet linguistique pour devenir un objet d’écriture.
