Evolution of automated production systems in SMEs: what are the consequences for the employees?

Résumé

The increase of productivity, improvement of the quality of products and performance was often a concern of industrial. It is in this approach; companies are always seeking for the best solutions, whether it is in terms of work organization or well in terms of sophisticated systems from a major scientific and technical progress. The automated production systems are becoming ubiquitous and essential elements in all businesses. The human being finds his relief at work, because the automated systems running dangerous tasks, repetitive and precise. An evolution without previous, yet lived as a kind of treason by the employees of the world, they believe that their seats are taken little by little by the automated systems. This article aims to highlight the importance of the need of skills development either technical or non-technical (social, emotional and relational), and which are related to technological progress including automated production systems, and we will draw up an inventory of industrial strategies in several countries in 2030.
