Coopération et expertise collective dans le champ du handicap rare

Abstract : Coopération and collective expertise in the field of rare disability Abstract : A research carried out in the field of rare disability underscored that the cooperation issue is one of the main problematics. Indeed, the caring for these persons requires the intervention of three kinds of actors :-The specialists of a problematic (deafness for example) in the national resource centers ;-The Multidisciplinary teams in the institutions who care for, in the long term, several persons focussing on daily concerns ;-The natural caregivers or actors around the person. The research points out that the construction of complex situations comprehension and the quest of appropriate solutions are favoured by the develoment of cooperations between those three actors who rely on the dialogue and the mutual translation of their logics and knowledge. This comes out on a collective assessment, social process relying on translation (Callon), mutual recognition (Honneth) and social dealings (Remy).
