On the zeros of the Riemann zeta-function and L-series-II

We prove two results concerning clusters of zeros of the Riemann zeta-function. The first theorem is related to work of N. Levinson and H. L. Montgomery. The second part of the paper gives a sharpening of a result of Heath-Brown.
