Multi-structure approach for complex systems identification

This article presents a two model structure identification strategy applied to a vehicle lateral dynamics. The model representations are analyzed and the corresponding identification methods explained. Performing some experiments, the a priori knowledge of the system is enhanced in order to overcome estimation uncertainties. Finally, the resulting model is validated and discussed.
