Processes clusters for organisational urbanism

Résumé

This paper presents some results in the specification of a methodology aiming at providing decision-making aids to manage evolution processes of both information systems and their organisational environments. The approach is defined in the paper as organisational urbanism: we present the way we generate process clusters for organisational urbanism and we illustrate the type of diagnosis we can develop using cluster maps. The approach is applied to St-Microelectronics case study.
