Information Literacy : une exploration hypertextuelle

Media Education in France, labeled « Education aux Médias et à l’Information (EMI) », reappeared in school curricula in 2013. That arises from Information Literacy (IL) which has a global impact on educational politics directed towards information fluency. We first present its origins and stakes. Then, we conduct an experimental exploration through hyperlinks, online link quotes from various web entities related to the French Ministry of Education, aiming to clarify the origin of the French approach of IL. The analysis of the networks, including information and library professionals, allows us to observe the nature of interactions about the French Governement approach of IL, especially concerning professional actors.
En 2013, l’Éducation aux Médias et à l’Information (EMI) fait son apparition dans les programmes scolaires en France. Il s’inscrit dans le champ plus global de l’Information Literacy dont l’influence sur les curricula de compétences impacte l’orientation des politiques publiques d’éducation à la maitrise de l’information. Nous rappelons tout d’abord l’origine et les enjeux de l’Information Literacy. Puis nous présentons une exploration expérimentale hypertextuelle des liens de citation en ligne entre différentes entités web liées à l’Éducation Nationale, dont l’objectif vise à éclaircir l’origine de la conception institutionnelle française de l’Information Literacy. L’analyse des réseaux de liens, incluant les professionnels de l’information-documentation, nous permet ensuite d’observer la nature des interactions autour de ces discours institutionnels, concernant notamment les acteurs de terrain.
