"Os anarquistas à Sociedade Geográfica Real..." Cartas de Élisée Reclus e Peter Kropotkin a John Scott Keltie (1882-1917)

We publish for the first time a selection of 24 letters sent by the anarchist geographers Élisée Reclus, and mainly Peter Kropotkin, to the president of the Royal Geographical Society John Scott Keltie between 1882 and 1917, surviving in the archives of the RGS-IBG in London. As we explain in the presentation text, we argue that this source is useful to improve existing knowledge on the anarchist geographers' network, and particularly to deal with the complex links existing at that time among science, politics and places of production of geographical knowledge.

Publicamos uma seleção de 24 cartas enviadas pelos geógrafos anarquistas Élisée Reclus e principalmente Pëtr Kropotkin ao presidente da Royal Geographical Society John Scott Keltie de 1882 a 1917, conservadas nos arquivos da RGS-IBG em Londres e publicadas aqui pela primeira vez. Como explicamos no texto de apresentação, acreditamos que essa fonte é útil para integrar os conhecimentos disponíveis até agora sobre a rede dos geógrafos anarquistas, e particularmente para lidar com as complexas relações entre ciência, política e lugares de construção do saber geográfico na época deles.
