Perverse Nori motives

In this work we show that the Tannakian formalism developed by M. Nori applies to representations of quivers with values in an Abelian category that is Noetherian, Artinian and has with finite dimensional Hom groups. As an application, we define a relative version, modeled after perverse sheaves, of the Abelian category of motives constructed by M. Nori over a field of characteristic embedded in the field of complex numbers.
