Synchronization of hybrid systems for secure multimedia streaming

The aim of this paper is to propose some solutions to the problems that occur when one tries to implement cryptosystems with high throughput performances. The paper describes theoretical and practical aspects regarding an FPGA implementation of a secure multimedia streaming setup. The class of hybrid dynamical systems is addressed with special emphasis on piecewise linear dynamical systems.
