IMPLICATION DES ACTEURS LOCAUX DANS LA CONCEPTION D'INNOVATIONS : LE CAS DES SYSTEMES AGROPASTORAUX DU TUY (BURKINA-FASO)

Tuy, West province of Burkina Faso is a soudanian area at strong demographic and pastoral pressure where grounds fertility problems are important. End the degradation of the natural resources, to choose to live in its native medium and to secure a good agropastorale production require on the part of the actors of the joint actions. The Fertipartenaires project helps the producers of this province to act in concert think of their problems, to propose and try solutions and to evaluate them in order to improve their food safety. The producers are organized in grouping of which 87% are enlisted in the activities of the project. Their implication was facilitated by the installation of the dialogs committees of village in the seven communes which account the province, (1 CCV/commune). The CCV are directed by an office of six members which is used as interface between the team of project and voluntary population. The CCV participate to diagnostic; mobilize the producers for the experimentation of the various innovations and their evaluation. The CCV have the tools for operation and are animated by the team of the project and the advisers in management. They are implied in the various phases of the design of the innovations. The various follow-ups of the engineering team make it possible to diagnose the difficulties of operation and to seek consensus solutions. For continuous their activities the CCV should fit within an institutional framework.
