| The curved interface with variable thickness |

| A geometrical, structural tool for treating a curved thin layer with variable thickness is presented in the first two sections. Then developed tools is applied in deriving particular balance laws of thermomechanics. It is done for the case of interfacial layer with nonvanishing thickness and for true, not excess, quantities. |
