The evolving management of a rare lymphoproliferative disorder: T-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia

T-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia is a rare disorder. Its outcome has now improved with introduction of novel therapies and stem cell transplantation. We present a challenging case of T-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia and discuss all the relevant diagnostic and therapeutic aspects we faced in our case with reference to current literature.
