We generalize an infinitesimal Torelli theorem for hypersurfaces of high degree of M. Green, for twisted coefficients. -------- On généralise un théorème de Torelli infinitésimal pour des hypersurfaces de haut degré de M. Green, dans le cas de coefficients tordus.
