On Free Minor Closed Classes of Graphs Outside Planarity

It is shown that the class of graphs on projective plane is not M-class [defined in [3,4,5]] but class of graphs on torus is M-class, i.e., the forbidden minors for free minor closed class of graphs on the torus can be found using simplified formula [without split part] in a similar way as in case of planarity, but in the case of the projective plane can't.
