1 TALARIS - Natural Language Processing: representation, inference and semantics

This paper presents a new kind of model for meaning construction within the framework of continuous mathematics. Language is considered as a morphodynamic system following the basic principles of Gestalttheorie. We test the validity of this model by implementing it. Through an analysis of the French adjectives sec, curieux and méchant, we show that our dynamic method for meaning computation can take the different factors of adjectival polysemy into account.
