Time series expansion using discrete bilateral Laguerre models
Abstract
The modelling of signals with Laguerre functions is considered. The main contribution concerns the possibility of handling signals defined both in the negative and the positive time domains; this has a potential application to the identification of processes involving inputs and outputs whose knowledge is available near the time origin or for noncausal systems.
