Intégration de la Compatibilité ElectroMagnetique dans la conception de convertisseurs en Electronique de Puissance.

Abstract : Nowadays, reai instanianeous wave forms in statie converters have to be precisely modekd. During the converter design, two probiems are to be considered: -voltage and current surges, which can lead to ssmi-conductors destruction, -high frequency eurrents, due to switehing phenomena, introducing ElecîroMagnetic Corapaability probiems. Thèse probiems cannot be neglected anymore in modem converter design. Prototypes are thus to be used, which inerease cost and duration of me study. ïn order to achieve a computer âided design, the package PACTE (developed by CEGELY) is eraployed. he contains die necessary semi-conductor models, but nécessitai a perfect characterisation of the environment, which furthermore defines ail EMC eonverters eharaeteristies, A software has thus been developed. ÎnCa, which alïows three-diraensional self and mutual wiring inductance calculatioa. Besides, formulations for parasitie capacitance calculation hâve been presented. Two types of simulation are carried OUL One using PACTE and semi-conductor models, and the other. using a gênerai circuit Simulator (CIRCUIT). in order to avoid the use of thèse modets. The-results obtained are promising.
