M. Carraghénane-de, laminarioides Les échantillons de carraghénanes étaient échangés deux fois dans D 2 O, puis solubilisés (10 mg/mL) dans D 2 O. Les échantillons (600 µL) étaient introduits dans le spectromètre de RMN, équilibré à 80°C. Après enregistrement d'un premier spectre, 60 µL d'une solution de NaOD dans D 2 O (0.1M) étaient ajoutés.
