L'appel à projet, nouvel outil des politiques publiques pour favoriser l'innovation et l'expérimentation ?

Aurélie Landon 1, 2
Abstract : In this article, I propose to come back to the recent development of calls for urban and architectural projects by local authorities and institutions around a social innovation commission. I am referring to the multiplication of urban calls for projects initiated by the City of Paris, such as Reinventing Paris, Reinventing the Metropolis, etc. This contribution presents a part of my doctoral research in which I am particularly interested in the instrumentation of urban planning and development actors to implement and respond to public policies of social innovation in the Making of the City. I am interested here in the instrument that is the call for projects, using the case of Reinventing Paris to analyse the underlying recomposition of the actors of the architectural project in this framework.
