This document is an outline of the phonology of the Longquan dialect of Naxi. The text was produced in 1997, and slightly revised hereafter. It needs to be emphasized that this is an early paper. By the time the Naxi-Chinese-English dictionary (which includes data from the Longquan dialect) was completed, the author's analysis of Longquan (Salwe) Naxi was much improved.
