This articles presents an exceptional discovery made by the French archaeological mission in Turkmenistan at Ulug-depe: a quite disrupted, but rather rich burial dated to the Middle Bronze Age, situated on a «high terrace» similar to the one found at the proto-urban site of Altyn-depe.
