Ergativity in Thulung Rai: a shift in the position of pronominal split

Abstract : This papers looks into a shift in the position of the pronominal split noted when comparison field data from 1999 with data from 30 years earlier. The shift in the split is the result of language contact with Nepali, the Indo-Aryan national language of Nepal.
