Highlights • This paper extends the post-acceptance model of information systems continuance. • Perceived ease of use, attitude, trust, and enjoyment are new addition to the original model. • Relationships are tested using meta-analytic structural equation modeling. • Perceived ease of use positively influences perceived usefulness, attitude, and satisfaction. • Trust and enjoyment positively influence users' satisfaction and continuance intentions.
