Intégration sémantique de données Raster pour l'observation de la Terre sur des unités territoriales

Abstract : In Earth Observation, the raster format, standard for data and image representation, is not well suited to characterize areas of interest by pixel values alone. We propose to semantically integrate raster data with other data according to their spatio-temporal properties. This process is based on a semantic data model qualifying a geographical area thanks to territorial units and on a semantic process of extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) associating aggregated data and geographical areas. This paper presents a summary of the work in [3]
