La formation permanente de l'internet interculturel
Résumé
Summary : The culture of the Internet rests on principles technico-ethics where the opening and the dynamism of the forms are the rule. The copyleft resulting from the free software and free art amplify the phenomenon of acculturation of a world globalized with the risk of a deculturation. With the concept of "immaterial cultural inheritance" defined by UNESCO, we will propose the idea that the intercultural immaterial one which is achieved by the Internet is an infinite continuing education which invites to the decreation.
La culture de l'internet repose sur des principes technico-éthiques où l'ouverture et le dynamisme des formes est la règle. Le copyleft issu du logiciel libre et de l'art libre amplifient le phénomène d'acculturation d'un monde globalisé au risque d'une déculturation. Avec la notion de « patrimoine culturel immatériel » définie par l'UNESCO, nous proposerons l'idée que l'interculturel immatériel qui s'accomplit par l'internet est une formation permanente infinie qui invite à la décréation.
