Un Si Grand Soleil, une série très Sud de France ?
Résumé
This article is based on ongoing project research on daily soap produced locally. We will deal more precisely with the territorial stakes of the soap Chronicles of the Sun (France 2) through several interviews as well as an analysis of the content of the soap and of the local daily press in particular. We seek to evaluate how the context of local production (1) makes the territory a creative tool (2), then the soap a tool for placing the territory and vice versa (3). This will allow us to specify the staging of the territory at the intersection of the intentions of France Télévisions and the territorial authorities. Through this questioning, it is a question of analyzing the hybridization between the diegetic space of the soap and the territorializing settings in narratives which result from it.
Cet article s’appuie sur une recherche collective en cours, à propos des séries quotidiennes réalisées localement. Nous traiterons plus précisément ici de l’enjeu territorial de la série Un Si Grand Soleil (France 2) à travers plusieurs entretiens ainsi qu’une analyse du contenu de la série et de la presse quotidienne locale notamment. Nous cherchons à évaluer comment le contexte de production locale (1) fait du territoire un outil créatif (2), puis de la série un outil de placement du territoire et inversement (3). Cela nous permettra alors de spécifier les mises en scènes du territoire à l’intersection des intentions de France Télévisions et des collectivités territoriales. À travers ce questionnement, il s’agit d’analyser l’hybridation entre l’espace diégétique de la série et les mises en récit territorialisantes qui en découlent.
