Towards a holistic modeling of the humanitarian crisis complex relief system

A humanitarian crisis relief system involves many entities of various types in interaction. To study such a system, the complex network framework is a good candidate. Some authors proposed mono-layered networks to model and analyze a single aspect of the system. To offer a broader view, we propose a multilayer model. Hence, the multifaced aspect of the system appears in a unified manner.
