This third issue of the "What's New in Urban Geography (3) ?" brings together articles, interviews, portraits and testimonies that aim to understand the process that link globalization and urbanization. It questions the relevance of the traditional divisions in urban studies between the Global North and the Global South and, based on French and English-language bibliographical referenes, it proposes to take part in the debate on the development of global urban thinking (global urbanism).

Ce troisième numéro de la série "Quoi de neuf en géographie urbaine (3) ? réunit articles, entretiens, portraits et témoignages qui ont pour objectif de saisir les processus qui lient mondialisation et urbanisation. Il interroge la pertinence des découpages traditionnels des études urbaines entre les Nords et les Suds et à partir de références bibliographiques francophones et anglophones, il propose de participer au débat sur l'élaboration d'une pensée urbaine gobale (global urbanism).
