Metric Analysis of Journal of the American Oriental Society of Indology from 2003 to 2012
Résumé
This paper presents bibliometric analysis of 1415 contributions made in the journal of the American Oriental Society during 2003-2012, including book review, articles and proceeding paper, review articles, biographical item and database review. The journal covers various aspects of Indological studies, branch of Humanistic studies. The study examines the year wise distribution, authorship pattern, countries of contributing authors and individual author’s research. The study reveals that totally 877 authors have contributed 1415 articles. Results indicate that highest number of papers have been written by individual author
