Procedural Developments at the International Criminal Court (2018)

The current column covers selected procedural developments at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in 2018. During the reporting period, the Court continued to face a number of challenges. Nevertheless, this did not prevent the ICC from further developing its jurisprudence, and, indeed, as occurred in other recent years, it delivered numerous decisions.
