Continuum et maintien du lien social professionnel en situation de conflit verbal écrit : être poli ou impoli, mais y mettre les formes

Abstract : The very context of electronic exchanges (asynchronous verbal interaction) makes them more conducive to verbal tension: certain elements (linguistic and discursive) are exacerbated there due to the absence of other elements (prosodic and mimogestual) generally present in communications. synchronous. How and how does the exchange of emails to several people in an institutional context then promote the crystallization of verbal tension and what may be their impacts on the future of asynchronous verbal interaction? Made up of CC-type emails exchanged between academics, our corpus is studied from the angle of the linguistic analysis of verbal violence (Fracchiolla et al., 2013a), as a rise in contextualized tension occurring through different stages including : disparaging speech acts, discursive markers of rupture, triggers of conflicts, and the analysis of the functioning of verbal aggression, its impact and its overall interactional management.
