A bash script allowing to build and analyze a clean multiple sequence alignment (MSA). The MSA is built with clustalomega (Higgins, 2011), muscle (Edgar, 2004) or mafft (Katoh, 2013). The chosen software has to be ready to run. These softwares are for instance available in the Ubuntu distribution 20.04. The MSA is analyzed with the fortran software msa_select. So, a fortran compiler is also needed, the default being gfortran.
