Hypermediating sites: towards new forms of technology intelligence ? Between collective intelligence and semantic web

In this article we present a new form of access to knowledge through what we call « hypermediator websites ». These hypermediator sites are intermediate between information devices that just scan the book culture and a “real” hypertext writing format.
