La chronolgie du royaume de Ma‘īn (VIIIe-Ier s. av. J.-C.) a fait couler beaucoup d'encre. Grâce aux synchronismens avec d'autres royaumes sudarabiques et avec des événements extérieurs ; de plus, les datations archéologiques au radiocarbonne 14c obtenues du temple de Barāqish, la chronologie de Maʿīn est devenue plus précise. The chronology of the kingdom of Ma‘īn (8th-1st century BC) has caused much ink to flow. Thanks to synchronisms with other South Arabian kingdoms and with external events, in addition to the 14c radiocarbon archaeological dating obtained from the temple of Barāqish, the chronology of Maʿīn has become more precise.
