This secondary analysis of the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients With Acute Nondisabling Cerebrovascular Events (CHANCE) randomized clinical trial investigates the association of ABCB1 polymorphisms with efficacy of clopidogrel plus aspirin vs aspirin alone in patients with minor stroke or transient ischemic attack.
