We demonstrate GOOSE, an open-source framework for secure graph outsourcing and SPARQL evaluation. We showcase the workflow of GOOSE over various real-world use cases, the scalability of GOOSE, and the security properties that GOOSE guarantees in the honest-but-curious cloud security model.
